Secrets From The Kitchen W.O.C.

Hey amazing people! 

This morning while I was making my most famous eggs Benedict (but with a secret twist) I was reminded of how my mom taught me how to perfectly poach eggs with just adding a splash of vinegar to the boiling water. 

As I was thinking of that I figured all of you must surely have gotten nice pieces of advice from your loved ones when you learned how to cook, which is why this weekend we're doing a secrets from the kitchen weekend opinions.

One of my easiest favorite sandwhich my mom taught me how to make is egg salad. All you need is boiled eggs,sweet gherkins picked diced,and mayo. Add each ingredient to your liking and mix together. If your really looking for some flavor add a tomato,spinich and red onion.

My favorite meal to make that I learned from my stepmom years ago is chicken casserole. It's 2 cans of Tyson (shredded) chicken, 8oz of sour cream, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, and poppy seed all mixed together. Pour smashed ritz crackers on top of it, and if you want, you can put spray butter on the ritz crackers. Bake it on 350 for 20 minutes. Good to go! :)

Season steaks and put Worcestershire sauce on them then take a fork and poke them front and back with the fork then put them on a pit and redid them in the sauce every 30 min or so till done.

This maybe known already but it seems everytime, I Fry Chicken and/ or Porkchops.Most people still seems to ask me why? My grandma taught me this trick when I was teen and now over 35 years of age. She taught me to use Mustard after seasoning Chicken and/or Porkchops before Breading it. Mustard gives your chicken that extra bang and it makes your Chicken and /or Porkchops Crispy.

Cook all of your veggies in chicken broth opposed to water and you’ll get the best flavor ever in your spring mix or rice with broccoli florets!!

Add 2 eggs and some bread crumbs to your hamburger meat. Then mixing it all together. Then stick the hamburgers into the oven or on the grill.

Always lightly flour cake pans before baking so the cake does not stick
